Bent Nails Home Inspections is an Ottawa home inspection company run by Certified Master Inspector® Darren McClurg, its only inspector. A buyer’s or pre-listing inspection starts at $400, a Tarion warranty or drone roof inspection at $249, and an annual home check-up at $200. Every inspection includes a free thermal imaging scan and a report the same day.
